The Starting Point
The Home Buyer brand is built around helping distressed sellers move quickly and predictably.
But parts of the city content had drifted into luxury and prestige language that conflicted with the core promise.
What We Changed
Forge ran a brand-alignment pass focused on intent fidelity:
- removed luxury-oriented phrasing from service-area content
- standardized language around urgency, simplicity, and as-is selling
- added a build-time brand check script so drift fails during CI instead of publishing quietly
Outcome
Messaging now matches the actual business model and seller intent.
The team can continue scaling city content with confidence that core positioning remains intact.
